The remake of the classic Night of the Living Dead was directed by famed special effects master Tom Savini in the 90’s. Barbara’s character had it’s reboot here as she goes from a helpless maiden to a heroine in the 1990 version as played by Patricia Tallman. Though some may not pick this remake as their favorite, I will surely differ cause it was after all among my favorite zombie flicks. Had a lot of fun watching this ever since and to this day I would often find myself watching it again to pass the time at night and it’s still a blasts. Ben (Tony Todd) and Cooper’s (Tom Towles) characters are like Tom and Jerry here often bringing in more conflicts and added pressure and complications to make the situations even more complicated. The best part of it though was this time Barbara gets to exact her payback with Cooper in the end, lol…
